PIERER Mobility erhverver FELT Cykler Brand Cykler

Ifølge rapporter i udenlandske medier, som en del af sin strategi om at blive en global leder i cykelindustrien, annoncerede PIERER Mobility AG købet af FELT Bicycles og dets integration i PIERER E-Bikes GmbH-divisionen.

FELT Bicycles blev etableret i Californien i 1991 og har et godt ry inden for fremstilling af landevejscykler, triatloncykler, banecykler, cross-countrycykler, gravel-cykler og adventure-cykler. Hos FELT er innovation afgørende, især i udviklingen af ​​kulfiberteknologi, mountainbike-affjedringssystemer og racer-aerodynamik.

PIERER Mobility AG-gruppen har med succes drevet motoriserede to-mærker som f.eks. KTM, Husqvarna Motorcycles og GASGAS. I 2019 etablerede Pierer E-Bikes GmbH med fokus på udvikling af innovation, avanceret teknologi og førende design til cykelmarkedet. It also said that the acquisition of FELT Bicycles includes three parts: the acquisition of FELT brand assets, the company's assets in Europe and North America, and the integration of global labor into the team structure of PIERER E-Bikes GmbH.
